1. I respect your personal privacy.

For me it is important that you who receive invitations to my referral cases, attend my courses or buy art from me, feel safe with how I handle and keep your personal information. Your personal integrity is an important issue that I pay particular attention to. This Privacy Policy follows information about how I process, store and manage your personal information.

2. What is a personal task?

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical living person. For example, images and sound recordings that are processed in computer can be personal data even if no names are mentioned. Encrypted data and different types of electronic identities (such as IP numbers) are personal data if they can be linked to natural persons. Any action taken with personal data is a treatment, regardless of whether it is performed automated or not. Examples of common treatments are collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, processing, transfer and deletion.

3. I am personally responsible.

I am personally responsible for all types of personal data that come to my attention, this applies to all the processes of the business, and I process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, from 25 May 2018, DGPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The Regulation begins this date throughout the EU and focuses on increased privacy protection for processing and storing personal data.

4. Personal data being processed

In case of course notifications, art purchases, orders or other contact with me, I may register: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, invoice address. Web statistics; I use the Google Analytics service when you visit my site. However, from 25/5 2018, the unique IP number of visitors will no longer be registered, and Google Analytics will automatically delete all web statistics older than 24 months.

5. For what purposes do I process your personal information?

Your personal information is used by me so that I can inform you of my upcoming exhibitions, courses and other activities related to my activities such as invoicing of course participation, purchase of art, email correspondence etc.

6. How do I use your information?

In order for me to process personal data, I have to comply with current law and therefore always have a legal basis for treatment, such as the consent of the registrant. Other grounds that I can support are that the treatment is necessary to fulfill an agreement with you that the treatment is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation or that the treatment is necessary based on an interest balance.

I sell, trade, or otherwise transfer, not personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties that help me drive my website, with the requirement that these parties agree to keep the information confidential.

I take a variety of security measures to protect your personal information. I use advanced encryption methods to protect sensitive data transmitted over the Internet. Only I have access to personally identifiable information.

I use cookies to improve access to my site, as well as improving user experience by tracking and targeting user interests. My use of cookies, however, is generally not linked to personally identifiable information on my site.
